Samsung I9070 Galaxy S Advance

I have Samsung Galaxy Advance S I9070 Android version 2.3.6 and in settings>running services found that 170MB are used and 291MB free.
As I know Samsung Galaxy Advance S I9070 must have 768MB? So where is rest of RAM (over 300MB)?

hey, without installing any software, my 2GB memory automatically gets full & low memory space message always displays....& my phone automatically gets switch off if kept idle (in stand by mode) for one hour....and then it does not switch on by pressing power button...And after few hours the phone automatically gets switched on by own.....the all problems started after updating the software.Android Version-4.1.2....
Can this problem be resolved?

I had Galaxy S Advance since 2011. I only retained it becaused it was promised by Samsung that they would update it to Jelly Bean. They confirmed it time and again but have not yet updated it. Being frustrated, i quit with Samsung and bought iPhone now. Anybody knows whether Samsung is updating its OS to JB???

This phone is great.I have it,and i like it very much ,display is wonderwull it reads all games perfectly,i suggest this phone to everyone ,it's one of the best device

I'm using s advance for the past one month updated with jelly bean.. we cant get a good mobile at this cheap rate.. really mobile s very nice to use, only thing if i install to much of software it fulls the ram space and getting slow.. offen we need to check the ram space. other than tis phone s so good. screen clarity is really awesome
