It seems you have not used any other rom than CM10.1 ... moreI have just used jelly mod 4.0 stock based rom its good one but lags many times in case of light jb i don't like look of Sammy based jb rom ugly as hell i am real fan of nexus. Only solution to give nexus look with performance is cm based rom. Regarding bugs
1) ui glitch - not so noticeable played all hd games they are reduced now
2) omx : most of video song plays but u can use mx player/ bs player
3)wifi thethring: i don't need that
4) video recording : use xiaoying recoder
about cm i knows all issues but for performan and for features ( now i am on pac man 23.0 having great features like halo, pie, per app colour, dpi and many more) one can compromise for that.
It's not debate it's a matter of choice. Its my experience after using all cm based rom like cyanilla, pac man, carbon all are awesome

Guyz mobile is awesome... all games like most wanted, temple run, etc are running with an ease!!
if u r facing problem then the game is subway surf (beijing, new york)
in this version there are so many bugs... its not the fault of the mobile

Think twice before installing and take the backup.
Drawback of CM10.1 are as follows
WiFi Tethering and WiFi Direct. - Not working
OMX -> Hardware Decoders / Encoders.- Not working
Camera -> Video Recorder.- Not working
Camera -> Panorama is laggy.- Not working
Magnetic Sensor -> Compass not working.

Please use Light JB v-1.2 as ROM and i am sure, you wont feel any lag and of-course without compromising any features and glitches.
I have mentioned the link and in that forum they have also mentioned about CM10.1 as unstable version. those who want they can install any rom from the forum.

Myself using it from 2-3 months. I am enjoying buety of this phone without any lag and hangs which are very annoying when u r using phone ( mainly on
stock jb and all stock based custom roms) so the only solution is cm 10.1

after waiting 4-6 days. Got this device yesterday from flipkart... amazing phone.. I rooted it successfully ..can anyone tell me best custom rom . in developement section .??
