please go to recovery mode after your upgrade to JB and then wipe cache and then factory reset. Then all lag gone. :)

DO NOT update do JB. I don't see how I benefit from update. Now phone lags.
Another words - system looks better, but works worse.

I updated my sgsa to 4.1.2 .in my opinion the update is awesome. ..many are complaining abt hangs bt I played Nova 3 and many hd games without any lag...

Review on GB. 2.3.6... moreyes friends yes friends there is a solution just install the custom kernel called co core ep 6.28 b and turn off the google now cards just long press home button then go to settings then turn off google cards
then you wil not face any lag problem in games or in anything your device will run smoooth i gurantee

also for rom management you can try an app caleed greenify in play store then it will hibernate those running apps in background which you dont want

AnonD-127886, 25 Jun 2013i'm confused whether i update my sgsa to JB or not there ar... moreupdate it bro without any problem but remmeber that you update it by only the indian firware or russian firware then intall the custom kernel called co core ep6.28 b check it on xda or google it
then you will not have any lag problem never i gurantee!!!!

After using jellybean with lags, taking time for opening contacts or othertasks final I downgrade it to ginger bread. My device runs again on gb. Its performance umake me feel satisfied. All functions works smooth.
With jb m feeling like m using a low quality product. But nw it smooth inall manners

Guys....don't hesitate to update your device to
recently released jb 4.1.2. Because I myself manually
updated and experienced jb and few bugs recently
I faced were fixed and touch became more
responsive and UI got fixed.Compared to gb
twice or thrice the amount of apps will be available.

Hai guys how are you....
I'm using sgsa and from my own experience really
it's one of the best phone samsung have ever made.
In terms of quality, hardware and software it's really
preferable and it's really affordable for those
who can't afford samsung's flagship phones.
And it scored decent marks in both cpu & gpu
benchmarks.Only thing that frustrating me is
developer support infact they don't care about us.
