I extracted it and I got only .md5 file is it safe to proceed

need 1 help frnds...
I qould like to go back to gb frm jb... for that I had downloaded gb indian firmware i9070ddlj1 from Samsung updates website... I extracted this firmware and I got only a pda file..
I flashed this firmware into my device using odin 3.07 then after flashing my device rebooted and stopped at a black screen with Samsung logo with model no on it.. so later I came to know that my s/w was corrupted and I took it to service center and again they had installed jb instead of gb..
so nw how should I go back to gb..

I am connecting my mobile to my laptop via tethering wifi-hotspot for using Internet in my lap.In my mobile,i set my screen time-out is 30 sec. If the screen is ON(for 30 sec) no problem with the connection. when the screen time-out is completed. I lost the connection in the lap.Any one facing the problem.plz provide ur comments.
Note:When i set my screen time-out period is 10 mins.It works 10 mins perfectly.

if are facing lagging problems in jelly bean os I s advance do 1 thing just disable google now and see the difference .games like subway surfers temple run oz will run smoothly
. . lagging problem is almost reduced to 90% by disabling google now.. just give a try

Anyways, do a Hard Reset and visit http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/android/11.1.111.59/install_flash_player_pre_ics.apk for a genuine Flash Apk,If you are in India, just update your Phone's firmware to JB 4.1 and then, download a moded version of Flash from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1774336 which amazingly works with Jelly Bean and the good part is that they keep the Apk updated frequently.

my s advance doesnt support adobe flash player even in gingerbread. i went to adobe website to download and it says my device doesnt support flash player but when i checked adobe supported devices, s advance wad included. pls what could be the problem? am i the only one who cannot download adobe adobe flash player on this device? pls reply

i do factory restore after upgarading... few days it works nice.. but again same problem... ?????
