This is the best phone i ever had. But when i set up my Exchange mail,i need to set a security code for the mail. And the problem is that i can`t change the time for locking the screen. Every fu.. min. i have to type the security code. The other Android phone`s i had i could set the time for 15 min.But not this phone! I have ask Samsung for help,but they could help me. Have you people had this problem? Please help.I get crasy to type the code every minute !!

You all samsung fans know what MAC is a far far better os than Windows 7 or any microsoft os product and it has a better market and share also.. but still many of us or most people use windows 7 or Xp..Becoz its not war between mac and windows 7 or XP but the fact is which can provide better service becoz for OS service availble anywhere online but when it comes to laptop its war between apple and lenovo or ibm..and yes lenovo will provide you service everywhere you go..yesterday we were using windows Xp now using Windows 7 far better than xp not better than MAC but comparble to mac..So we can upgrade to fedra or linux with lenovo becoz its just a software upgrade or update..
like that when it comes to mobile os yes android is far better than symbian..but is Samsung better than samsung is the question..nokia has better support and you can find spare and parts everywhere..nokia takes care of mobiles as well as custmers..
like nokia has a skim of upgrading warrenty by paid..
so u can enjoy nokia devices without fear..
so in os android is winner but in device manufactor clearly nokia..
so decide what u want..
becoz who knows symbian will come with a big update in future ..
And another point nokia+microsoft is the threat to the mobile market for sure..
android has also limitations like u must have the data plan to use google map..
suppose u r in a jungle and lost and no network availble there wat can u do??
where nokia mobiles need one time download of the country and use it late without data plans..
also as symbian is not open source its safe..
where android is open source someone can hake ur device easily with a app or untrusted app can damage up mobile..

Hi everyone, first of all, im sorry for my english, secondly i would like to ask one question about sgs2. I saw many topics about that samsung galaxy s 2 have some heat problem, when playing or charging,phones left corner heating up, where prcessors are, and feels a bit heat on screen as well. So anyone has ocurried with such a problem?
P.S. its not usual warm feeling.. some people are saying, that its heating so much that u hardly can handle the phone. Well i dont want one day feel burning smell from my pocket :)

is the phone works/run on SIMPLE MOBILE network 3G (1700/2100 Mhz)??? I know this phone works any GSM/ any SIM card for voice call. I'm worry the internet connection is only EDGE on SIMPLE MOBILE. SIMPLE MOBILE is T-MOBILE network. Thank you for your answer & information.

Amazing phone but shocking poor video performance.
What I mean by this statement is that I previously owned the Galaxy S and loved the video performance and my girlfriend still has Galaxy S so I ran some tests.
The Galaxy S2 does obviously take clear video but the auto focus is a complete joke with how slow it takes to react and EXPOSURE is a complete failure.
What I mean with exposure issue is when you film into bright outdoor light then change your filming to indoors darker situation, it takes roughly 7-10 seconds to catch up. (Very Poor)
Other issues, when recording video on Galaxy S when I pressed the power button it would lock screen so you do not accidently zoom but on the Galaxy S2 it stops the video.
I am really hoping these issue I mention get fixed with future firmware upgrades and in my opinion it would be the best phone ever.

[deleted post]Agree with you 100%. The Galaxy S2 is all it is Google Android program with best Screen from Samsung.
But Samsung know how to add on to pure Android program to make it as good and better than iPhone or Google Pure Android Nexus S and on top they have the best Super AMOLED Plus screen. So, it is all matter for a phone make all the difference and being different and better than iPhone and any other Android phone in market.
i am actually iPhone and BB fan and tried other Samsung phone Wave, Galaxy S, and Nexus S. But Galaxy S 2 makes are the difference for me to make iPhone in my hand old technology. It is an iPhone and more.
No one can stay on top for ever. It is a big market and competition is not sleep.
We can say same thing about Apple that iPhone all it is Software and all hardware come from others such as Samsung. No device purly made by one MFG.

Anonymous, 30 May 2011Its the only dual core which has no hardware defects. Also ... moredon't be sure about hardware defect, BTW Motorola and LG got no issue in their dual core... and all 1 core have no lag under gingerbread there's no need currently for dual core after all...

i just got my samsung falaxy s2 , i imported my some high quality photo but unfortunatlly photo are very bad in mobile noisy and with high contrast, i was so disappinted, any onw knows why it happened?
