[deleted post]First of all....Apple number one??? Since when??? Nokia is the number one manufacturer soon to hand hand over the first place to Samsung! Iphone5 superior specs to Galaxy? Apple's limitations have been passed on one genneration to another! Apple's after sale revenue is generated by the AppStore! If they will give up on their policy of users total dependence on them they will lose proffit! They have no reason to do that! And since their costumers accept that they can do whatever they want! I have no doubt that long lines of people will be waiting outside their stores when Iphone 5 will be launched! Samsung know they can't compete with Apple Histeria no matter if they launch a quad-core phone! Of course that G2 will be much better than Iphone 5 but Samsung knows that to keep it's costumers and maybe to convince at least a part of Iphone users to change sides, they will set a price for the G2 with around 300€ cheaper than the Iphone5! That's the only way to fight Apple! Enyway...I'm sure that G2 will be a true beast, a worthy succesor of I9000, and surely the best phone this year!

[deleted post]First of all....Your nick suggests you have an issue with G2 built quality......The looks of G2 have improved over the I9000....As for the specs they are the best in the mobile bussiness today! Maybe you might have wanted the G2 to have a anodised aluminum casing? I agree....but this would have made the production costs to go up and of course would have added another hundred bucks to G2 price! This goes to for metal or any other high quality material...This will be a beast of a phone....as you pointed out....and having a weak point like this one is nothing compared to the raw power that this handset will deliver.....

It will be an atomic explosion )) Waiting for it ... i think ill buy it after 6 months after release ....its expensive but its a real pc .. super fast .. super attractive and lcd looks amazing.almost forgott it has a usb..

Guys 3D doesn't mean anything especially on phones. It is just to say that it has a 3D screen but it is useless. The best screen for phone is AMOLED. It is just brilliant and pearl. I wish samsung make a TV with Amoled screen, I would definitely buy it

reco, 29 Mar 2011here in Netherlands the lg 2x is 436 euro and the galaxy s ... moredude unfortunately in italy mobile phones cost are high, compare to other countries, i've visited german mobile online store and italian online store and the prices in italy are high.. galasy s was available 4 months ago at €600 and in some electronic markets was also available at €700 nowadays the lowest price is €449 but only in one store and only for few days.. i'm 100000000% sure galaxy s II will more than €650 here in italy.. i will post also a link where u can see the price of galaxy s, that link is not available there is written an excuse that they are working on it and after a short period that will be available.

Why Samsung did'nt improove the color tones of the camera for the s2?
The colors are not vivid & natural like the aple or the sonyerricson devices they bend towards red/brown/yelow colores like the old Agfa films or the old soviet movies...
They took an almost perfect smartphone and spoiled it with an not impresive camera. After two years of development, i expected perfection from the device claiming to be the best smartphone!
What a shame...

As I know, Samsung has the problem at making phones with a good signal! Example my Omnia HD has a weak signal! :( As I know Nokia has the BEST signal.
