I've just read in engadget that there is going to be a mini of gs2 it will sport a 3.7 inch capacitive wvga screen,the same hspa ,5mp camera with af and a led flash,front facing vga camera,a1.4 ghz processor and running android gingerbread on top.It is expected to release in april.

They also need to keep the Exynos. Samsung just needs to fix whatever issues that where minimizing the results of it. Maybe that's part of why they are hush hush. They are not sure when they will have it fixed.

just checked a review on a galasy s II and it was confirmed that the usb port can indeed be used as hdmi port. they said samsung used that technique to save spaces and the technique was greatly applauded

I just want to hear from samsung if the cant send the Galaxy S2 to South Africa sooner because I spoke to a guy at Vodashop and he told me the phone is only gona be out here in August and I dont want to wait that long as my current phone is due for an upgrade the 5th of May.

I'm disappointed there is still no official release date. The phone is expected to be released in Q1... time's-a-ticking!!
Also, Samsung should have included a dedicated camera key. Would make operation more convenient

the bad model ..back side of this phone is ugly,but it has a gud spec list
