If gingerbread doesnt run the dual core then what is the point of bringing these sort of phones out now. You can't access halve of the processing power if the system os doesn't support it.

so what about this amoled screen and burnt images in it, is it possible that they improve it (super amoled plus)???? and what about android 2.3 and 2.4 dosent support dual-core??? I am really getting confused

I hav... moreI personally checked a normally used SGS from an acquaintance (type in *#0*# for a test screen) and saw the burnt in status bar on the blue screen, and I think this alone is completely unacceptable. On some people's phone it's so bad you can see it on bright websites when browsing.
That shouldn't happen on any phone in 2011.
