xxx, 18 Feb 2011Overall, seems to be good however the leap seems to be in t... morer u 4 rea? it's the 2nd dualcore handset. It's completely destroyed the 1st dualcore in thats its quadband HSPA + 21Mbps + 118g. now you want dual speakers and an app that cleans up.... WTF, if you can suggest a model that has all these features NOW or do we have to wait another year. THIS IS A PHONE FIRST AND FOREMOST. The best way to describe it is like a decathelete, very good at a number of things you want it to be USAIN BOLT in the 100 metres and all the other 9 world record holders in the rest. I cannot beleive even before its hit the shops ur complaining. if there is another phone I should be looking at please post it.
BTW Apple run an advert on UK tv that states the IP4 is the thinnest smartphone until the SG2 is released that is!
Clean up app by apps do u mean the competition?
listen I saw what the SG1 did in global sales without a camera flash.

this would be my next Android Device.....
hoping that the 18% less power consumption SAMOLED+ and 1650mah battery would give at least 24 hrs of normal and data usage

There is nothing wrong with Android and there for there is nothing wrong with the Samsung Galaxy S either I have bot a HTC Desire and A Samsung Galaxy S i9000 Running Android 2.2 and they work fine fast and stable and i will be getting a Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 as soon as they hit the market. How can u not like Android.!

I hope the future of Galaxy S2 will not like iphone.Because maybe one day people on the street saw you playing with your Galaxy S2 will say "OH,I also got one too"!!!

Anonymous, 18 Feb 2011don really understand why everybody is so upset about HDMI.... moreIt is disappointing that it dosn't have hdmi, because this has the power to run 1080p, so why not use that. Ok so it has DLNA, but you need DLNA compatible product to use that. Whereas every newer tv has hdmi.

I wonder how the battery will be on this one..Its screen is optimized to save power,its cpu fabrication process at 45nm+OS version will contribute a bit to that as well..Its battery has 10% bigger capacity than the galaxy S,but how does that all come down to actual battery life?Could it actually beat the Galaxy S and by a significant margin maybe? :O

i think the Samsung Galaxy S 2 voice recognition is what made this phone to be unmatched. Its sleek design just 8.5mm, 4.3inch screen and adual core processor. this is the best. i would not mind to buy this one. Thank you Samsung. You Rock.

chester, 18 Feb 2011Only thing i don't like is the Adroid OS on this phone.why you do not like android.. have u ever used android..? if u think that there ismsome thing with ANDROID OS then please tell me because for the first time i'm going to use android.. first i loved symbian at that moment i hd never used symbian noe i have been using symbian for the last 6 months and now i hate SYMBIAN and i do not know what will the impression be on me after using android..

hey Guys...Will USB Mass storage work if there is no memory card in the handset...i was trying to connect Samsung G SI9000 to the computer with a USB mass storage connect, the handset was without memory card,,on the handset it only displyaed as charging and nothing on the computer where as it should display as USB connection.....??????help please..
