OS of galaxy s2 i9100 can be upgraded until what version? coz i want to buy the new one but i'm afraid that it can't be upgraded anymore after JB..

AnonD-133603, 10 Apr 2013i think may b ur frd wud hav changed the colour scheme in h... moreno i have done everything but same issue. my friend didn't aware about this problem when i saw his s2 screen then i realize that colours will not remain same after jb update . if u compare an ics nd jb s2 side by side u will know.

[deleted post]You just read small texts in your s2 , then you will realise importance of hd screen .in real life use quad core processor will have their advantage. Anyway s2 is super smart phone , no doubt about that

AnonD-26126, 09 Apr 20133 days back i updated my phone from 4.0.4 to 4.1.2 JB.i hav... moresmartstay will only work if ur front camera can see ur eyes(i.e)u shud b in very bright place or outdoor.try it. it may work
p.s smartstay didnt work well in galaxy s3 lik advertised..
thr r many apps in playstore which does the same job.
just check pocketnow site...thr they hav reviewed an app which is similar to smartstay..but it works with ur phones proximatry sensor...try it

Rishi, 10 Apr 2013After update to Jelly bean my phone is getting heated very ... mores2 battery drain/heating prob/low voice/low speakervolume in jellybean update is common,
only way is
root ur phone
install custom rom
forget touchwhiz and sammy bloatware.
enjoy ur s2.
above all probs will get vanished.

looking at today's smartphone specification, i really cant stop laughing.
i dont knw where its going to end?
s2 can do everything wat all smartphone does 2day, so it can really give a good fight for the money.
i will use my s2 till it dies

AnonD-133762, 10 Apr 2013well thanks dear with your suggestions now my phone is givi... moreif u r custom aokp rom, u can find an option "sleep hours" in settings. in that u can set time wen ur mobile must connect to mobiledata/wifi. if u configure tat and set according to ur preferences...u can get ur prob solved

if u r not using any custom rom use juice defender ultimate{paid version}. u wont hav any annoying things lik tis. but u hav 2 root ur phone.

ayaan, 08 Apr 2013I got 4.1.2 update on air and after updating to jellybean t... morehey ayaan . i also wants to update my s2 to official india jb update. friend of mine updated to jb using odin a month ago. so when i tried his s2. performance was smooth nd everything was good except the screen color tone. so when i compare my s2 which has ics with my friend's s2 with jb. same wallpaper on both of the screens showing different colours. when i turned the brightness level to zero on both phones . i found that my friend's s2 with jb was showing yellowish kind of color tone all over the screen i mean it was not netural colours of s2. where my s2 was showing accurate colors which should be for any smoled screen. after that i turned the brightness to full on both the phones then there was a little yellowish color tone on my friend's s2 as compare to the zero brightness which was showing totally yellowish color tone all over the screen. but nothing change in full brightness also bcoz my s2 was showing very rich and saturated colours in full brightness but my friend's s2 screen with jb seems dull and not saturated as mine. so i dont understand is it problem with my friend's s2 or is the problem with jb update.

[deleted post]well thanks dear with your suggestions now my phone is giving me good battery backup after installing the juice defender. but one thing i noticed as i use airtel for my net pack every time it disconnects my net when screen gets off like when we sleep during night hours a notifications comes regarding the amount of data left in account, so when we get up in morning its taking long time for me to clear all notifications, sometimes its even hanging my phone.. any suggestions? also for to decrease heating any solution is there?

AnonD-15363, 10 Apr 2013can someone help me to explain or tell me how to register g... moreit seems you are new to android. while opening your android play store for first time it'll ask you register with Google to be mentioned your phone should be connected to internet during this.. not just play store but also opening any google apps like gmail or maps it ll ask for it.. well soon u ll be master of all this..

I als... morehi , my pc has not the required hard disk or oyher things.i have downloaded kies but it cant be installed .can i do it with wifi or any other method like odin.i have downloaded odin & xwlsd version of 4.1.2 jellybean but not tried
