hey guys i used 2.3.3 gingerbread, 3.2.3 honeycomb, 4.0.4 ICS, 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. And now i am using Jelly Bean 4.2.2.
But one thing i must tell you..Gingerbread is the BEST ROM i have used so far. I know it doesnt have all the features which other ROMs provide you. But it has stability and speed. Other ROMs are still not updated properly. All of them have too many bugs except ICS. So if you wanna update, ICS is the best option.

I don't get it! You have this international version, Telco unlocked released, but you roll out updates as they are too fragmented from one country to another! Really now!? You rather not do an update at all than let your customers expect and wait and wait and look like idio+s! You are not customer friendly in this area.

Best phone of s series.. I also updated to jelly bean 4.2 . And also root done. Touch is awesome but battery backup of 1 day if u use only internet services.
