I have been using my gs2 with leaked 4.1.2 for almost 2 weeks now and all I can say that I'm impressed. According to my phone status, it has been on for 200 hours (I charge the phone everyday) this means that it hasn't crashed or hanged. Also battery backup is normal and lasts a day easily on average use. Maximum battery life of continuous usage is about 5 to 6 hours.

I got the 4.1.2 on my sII and its working perfectly smooth without any bugs go for it people :D

I have updated it ti jelly bean 4.1.2 and it's working smoothly and even battery performance got better after the update !!!

I am using JellyBam rom for my S2 , battery is far better wen using this custom rom which provides jellybean too. Excellent android phone.

I updated my SGS2 2 days ago and got 4.0.4 update. Does anyone have any idea when will the 4.1.2 upgrade be available? Also, for those who managed to update it to 4.1.2, please post your country so ppl know approximately when they can enjoy their JB version on the phone.

leaked rom is full of bugs and main problem is battery backup just 4 hr only...

I have this mobile since august 2011 and am feeling delighted with all applications.Only 2 major drawbacks are..
1. Battery back up is very poor,if using internet,phone gets heated up too and battery dissipates at much faster rate..say from 100% to 0%,lasts only4-5 hrs max.
2. many applications keeps on running in background even though you have closed them in task manager but still they keep on running as can been seen in active applications.So installion of active task killer is mandatory else battery will no longer last.
Otherwise applications point of view,this phone is overall very good.4 stars out of 5.

can any one please sujjest me how to recharge the mobile fast(i mean using new different charger or different charging methods) with out rooting the mobile.my mobile is taking around 3.5 hours to fully charge from 5%.please respond guys
