If any one else amoung your friends or neighbour uses Smasung Smart Phone ask them to share Flash Player from their phone to your one via Bluetooth. You will get the Link and it will guide you to update FP on your phone. Simple. Chilll.

But i suggest you to try the competition, probably LG Nexus 4 or a faster camera shutter phone..
SGSII has one of the best developer support though ! :)
Buy any flagship phone if you want more developer support!!

I used this phone for a month bt recently sold it to buy a nexus 4. So far the best android i used, very handy and fast. Gaming good, performance very good. The only drawback is its plastic body. Look so cheap!
