i just bought a S2, my problem is... can i switch it off every night? will turn on n off frequently damage to the phone? thx for helping...

I have both s2 & s3. Wifi reception/connection is better on my s2. I'm surprised myself but it's how it is.

man, 08 Nov 2012to iHATER i think you should insttal ics manually via odin... morealso my phone gets switched off automatically n this happens daily... its now the part of this phone... i get my phone's signal lost just before the phone gets switched off automatically... what could be its reason... i guess it has some hardware issues but all other things running pretty smooth.. its either battery issue or hardware issue... i did factory reset but the problem is still there... i went to service centre n they told me to get a new battery... as the phone is running latest firmware n cannot be updated further...

Please for all help me which one to buy: S2 i9100 but with OS: V.2.3.3 (made in vietnam) OR S2 I9100G with OS: V.4.03 ???? :s
Also, what about the battery life in the I9100 & I9100G ?

Reverted back to 4.0.3 since 4.0.4 is a real battery hog! I will just wait for official 4.1 to be released.

Hey guys just bought this phone three days ago and it came out of the box running 4.0.3, I woukd like it if someone cn suggest me which best games I can dowload. I am new a ANDROID user so I don't know much. My previous phone b4 the S2 was a Wave S8600 wich ran on Samsung's very own OS, BASA & it did not have many cool games or apps to download. Your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

glaxy s2 update 4.0.3 and 4.0.4 is most thaird class update...2.3.6 is a best update..
