Updated my SGS2 to 4.0.4..no official update in india...so downloaded the official firmware and installed using Odin

Hi guys, does anyone know if its possible to connect sgs 2 to a tv via mhl and also have a ps3 or x box controller connected (without root). I just wondered if there is an adapter or docking station that allows this. Thanks !

The screen is amazing and the pictures are really sharp. I have just acquired it. So, i do not yet know the ins and outs of the machine. But so far, very good. I have one question. Whatsapp is available in Egypt, but every time I want to install, I am told your country is not included, when it really is and all my friends use it. My question is how can I install the system on my S2. If it works , then the acquisition of this very smart, and very efficient phone, will be really "IT".

I have GT-I9100 and somehow I cant use the wind network, like i cant make any phone calls, texting or use the data plan

I have android version 2.3.3 on my S2 how can... morehi ronz i saw your question new to trending. what country are u, might the ics has been released to your area. im am from phils, but now in libya, it has been a long wait for the update, now they have released it. if your not from africa, ur place must have been enjoying ics long time ago. i experience 2.3.6, it was stable and no lags. but im afraid about ICS, i updated 2 SII (i9100G a& i9100) now i experience lags and some of my fav game doesnt work in it. might be not yet supported nor compatible.
you download the samsung kies, and be sure to have the latest update. and have a good internet acccess. just plugged your S II and it will prompt you about OS update. just follow and it will update ur phone. when time out happens, just repeat the procedure but it sucks when it happen, i never experience errors or time outs in sony PC companion. otherwise than lags, the UI esp in "Setting" is better.

i just want to ask if anybody has experience same as i am. i dont own an SII since i am an avid fan of xperia, but most of the time beside my xperia was my gf's S II and i am using it most of the time, i was impressed with its speed i9000G or even with my friends i9000 first release, i have been using it for quite sometime and i barely experience lags, maybe hang ups but not lags when i navigate fast. after updating both (i9000G and i9000 for my friend) to ICS (4.0.3), i find it laggy (80%) when i scroll down, change pane, exit the menu and it bothers me, any solution? is ICS problematic in SII?
feedback is greatly appreciated.
