I liked the S II before the upgrade; the upgrade took away the ability to access folders, the keyboard changes sent it back a couple generations and the use of ease of email options is no longer user friendly.
In short I will no longer advise our company to use Samsung devices. The lack of folder access was the deal breaker.

You may know that Black SII is available in I9100 and I9100G whereas White SII is only available in I9100G version. You can find difference between them over the net. But nothing much of difference.
My suggession will be I9100 (Black) because it is the first version of SII and updates are also available first for this and then I9100G.

hi everyone, recently i upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S2 via Kies and it was successfully upgraded from 2.3.3 to 2.3.4, i thought that the latest firmware was ICS 4.0.4 but not at all. I retried to upgrade but it said no update available, so i am stuck at 2.3.4. Is it because i live in Mauritius? Can anyone help me pls? tks.

Buddy, 03 Aug 2012After the launch of galaxy S3, will the price of S2 reduce?That would be what you would expect Buddy but depends if Samsung carries on manufacture of S2 at same time as S3.
A price difference obviously needs to be there as otherwise those buying on a contract would go for S3 as only choice and obviously best choice as long as you like larger screen.
