Since I upgraded to ICS, my (internal) calendar does NOT shows any of my contact birthdays eventhough I have them set on my contact details. More than that, if I edit a contact information (on my mobile), switch the birthday to anniversary, save it, and then I edit it again and switch back to birthday, it is shown in the calendar but only until that day. After that it disappears again and it is not shown next year or at all. Why?
On the previous version of Android (i.e. Gingerbread) I had no such problems. Even if I had edit a contact's birthday via webmail, it still appeared on my mobile calendar. Now if I do that, it's not!
And one more thing: sometimes, not always, the notifications for tasks are not working. I have set the memento, but the notification (sound and vibrate) just wont start. It may be shown, at a later stage (i.e. at another task) a missed task.

I9100g is just to fullfill the high Demands for S2 from customer.
I9100g is full of Lags , Hangs and Force Close at same cost...
Get I9100 updatd to ICS at the Time of ur buy...no issue at all....

this is a brill phone i love it i recomend it to loads of people. I had a blackberry the only thing i miss is blackberry messanger. i love the screen on the samusung

Why can't Samsung do anything on the looks of their cell phones,all the models look the same be it s2,ace,ace2,galaxy y,s....the list goes on,very boring!!!!!!!

ric, 28 Jun 2012is there any setting on the camera that you can set it with... morejust put your phone into silent mode and the camera sound gets muted automatically

is there any setting on the camera that you can set it without any sound when taking a picture coz there are some circumstances that i dont need no sound when i take a picture and theres some situation i do need a sound when taking a picture. Please help thankz

AnonD-252, 26 Jun 2012If you never listen to what really good sound quality is th... morei always do to a very good quality music thats why i knew which one is good and bad quality music, and when it comes to the music player of this phone i couldnt asked for anything more they clear crisp when it comes to a sound quality, its all about the adjustment of an equaliser of this phone to make sound superb, i couldnt even put the volume the maximum level which is 15 coz theres a tendency that you become deaf theres also a warning that if u put the volume to the max it might impaired your hearing, the most that i can have the volume is 10 which is loud enough.
