i will think twice before spending my hard earn money on galaxy s3 :-P . if you spend 30k + on S3 and you are not getting enough updates.such shame . i got screwed twice first I8910 HD and now Galaxy S2 !!!!! wow shame on you samsung. even my Nokia N8 is given 2 OS incremental updates !!!!!

Wow!! Jus got a glimpse at specs of motorola atrix 2.and it matches galaxy s2 exactly!! Except the tft screen. And there is lot of difference between their prices.

i have updated my gs2 last day but it is still running with old wallpaper an dhome key style with the old launchng style without the new options at the top of the screen whemn you launch home button on screen. i think my phone did not correctly updated ! plz any one can tell me what should i do??????????

If you want the S3 "pop up play" then a free alternative is the app, videoplayer "Super Video, Floating & Popup" from Google Play!

i would like to share for those who haven't upgrade to 4.0.3
plus :
-improvement in battery
-no lag
minus :
-the user interface is boring.. uglier than before

If you want the S3 Video Player "Pop up play" on any Android-phone, just install/buy the app, video player, "Floating Player beta" from Google Play! "Simple as open any gallery or file manager, touch on the video file, select "floating player" and that´s it! Full screen video player (new feature) and an special "POP UP" button to make it over the screen. In the notification bar you can go back to full screen view or close it. Simple touch to play/pause and long press to move around."

To get rid of that if you want to open pc style site you need to type www.facebook.com/home.php and then save as bookmark. Good luck

Hai im using this phone for few months. recently i have seen that my mobile has cortex a7 processor Instead of cortex a9 processor . and also my mobile processor speed is 800mhz instead of 1200mhz. what should i do, can goto servise center and ask them. please please please any one suggest me. Im indian user

Dear Girish... ICS ROM is avaiable long back since march... but the one which those call center ppl were referring to is the official ICS through Kies...its nt yet launched in india.. u can upgrade it thru ODIN. but frm then ur device will nt be detected in kies

Love my s2 and it Its still kickin most phones with ics update. Butter smooth, crisp, faster and some improvement in battery. Asphalt adrenaline works awesome with no lag baby! Weird that sammy still says ics not available in India! Got my update in Mumbai.still Does running a phone at max frequency by default shortens the phone life? I'm running my s2 on official ics update and just worried that it always runs on 1200GHz when checked in system info in quadrant app.! will it wear my phone down? Plz someone who knows answer me? Come on friends plz help?
