I have used this mobile for more than two years and was excellent mobile with amazing speed and superb photo quality. I didn't see any other phones like this ever.

i have used galaxy s2 since 2012 bt now upgrading to s5 vry decent experience with it ..never hangs good camera and above all great display as compare to today messy hardware cells,,

Anonymous, 08 Dec 2014There is a genuine questions raised by experts of why all o... moreMy Opinion? the manufacturer made the phone and I know they have access to all their product as they Identify each unit using the unit's IMEI. then it's not possible for them to send bugs that creates issue for the phone to slow down and start having issue. They will not directly shut it down since it will be obvious that way. so they are / might Killing it softly.

I am forced to charge fo... moreI advice for you to close gps, data connection, wifi, account sync and minimize the brightness if the pone will not be used so that the powerb consumption will be lesse and free some memory from your ram too. avoid installing unwanted application that consumes battery life too. and only charge if the battery is almost drained. constatnt charging will only shorted the battery life span. turn off your phone at least once a day so that it can also refresh and cool down.

Used an S2 for 2 years before upgrading to S4. i had a wonderful experience with S2, never had any problems with it. i think i enjoyed the S2 more then the S4. FM radio on S2 but s4 you have to listen to radio via the internet.

Please your Battery is disgusting. I am forced to charge four to five times a day. What is the problem? Tell me if there is other solution like batteries stay longer at least a day. I want to buy a new battery but lack confidence whether the new batter will improve the time.
I am satisfied on other functions such as network, sound, design, photograph and video. However, the batter is by far below my expectation. Please improve it and recommend us what to do

I am on 4.1.2 stock. Going to 4.4.4 custom, would improve stand by battery time ? presently the stand by battery time is owful. I have to charge S2 twice or thrice a day. Had no problem as such about battery time with ICS.

There is a genuine questions raised by experts of why all of the sudden the old S2 and S3 phone from Samsung have been start having some issue, while there were working perfectly fine for years!!!!!!?
There are some independent body who are looking into this, and I truly hope and pray for Samsung not be involve with this act.
there are number suggestion such a special virus being send to disable the phone, or slow it down force you to go and buy a new phone, the idea is they cover the first two years and after that they want people to chuck their phone and buy a new one, of course who is benefiting here?
this will come out soon, but I warn Samsung to be very careful if by any means they are involve (even not directly) there will be serious consequence for whoever doing this.
I am hearing loads of S2 owner suddenly start having problems with their phones!! question is WHY?
Any other suggestions in this topic?
