hi, i have the samsung galaxy s II and i need to know if i can add music/videos etc onto the phone without KIES?? i also have the samsung galaxy tab 10.1 and i am able to do it with the tab. PLEASE HELP!

Im very dissatisfied with the Galaxy, I have it for less than 6months and it has been on service twice, and still it has problems, overheats and the batterie doesn't keep the charge for more then a couple of hours. Thumbs downs for Ggalaxy! !!!!!

From what i know, the ip address is being provided automatically and the wifi connection also shows connected but for some reason the sites are not opening.. Think I will contact the service provider..

no doubt its a awesome phone but camera performence is far too poor than expected and its screen resolution is overpixeled.

This tint thing you talking about appears only when the brightness is set to minimum. Otherwise, it's not at all present. Since it's a software issue, you won't be getting any replacement for it.
I noticed this thing the very first day and it didn't bother me much 'cause I never used my phone at minimum brightness. However, I have root access to my device so it doesn't show up anymore. I'm using Voodoo Screen Tuning from the Market. You may give it a try, but it only works with root permissions. Most of the custom ROMs out there don't have any kind of tint issue and the colors are also rightly calibrated along with the apt brightness.
Currently, I'm running on MIUI 1.12.9, based on Android 2.3.7!

why fone uses data packages only when its on H+ ! when it's on 3G it doesn't work .. only works on H+ or edge ... weird , other thing the 2000mah do get me through the day Under Android version 2.3.5

Samsung Galaxy S2 is one of the best phones ever... I'm looking forward to an S3 actually... There are apps that are "I-phone" like features... you just have to learn how to search it...
