            Last night I installed it, and even registered, then everytime I opened the app, it was opening my camera, with a single button for record (transmit)to share with others!!!
            I am totally confused what is that got to do with movies!!!!!!!!!
            because last night you were saying you watched movies there (Avatar), that is why I got interested, but the app I installed from market was under justin.tv name, was not showing any movies"!"

            what am i doing wrong???

              but Layer didn't come with my phone, I installed it and find out its a crap app, now I want to uninstall it, there is no way it let me do that!!!!
              I am stuck!
              just make sure you don't install it

                AnonD-18025, 01 Nov 2011Yes MAXTHON can also import bookmarks from the stock browse... moreEvery browser can import bookmarks from the stock Android browser, but with Miren I can export my Laptop-computer Firefox, or Opera, bookmarks as a html-file and then move this html-file to my S2 and Miren can then import all my Firefox/Opera-bookmarks already organized in folders...
                Most, but not all, webpages are displayed correctly in Opera, but very many pages in Maxthon look far from the original page, even the Grooveshark does not look good in my Maxthon, and Miren is also showing most, but not all, pages more correctly than Maxthon.

                  But Opera doesn't have the Facebook website chat window, so I will still use MAXTHON for Facebook to have the feel of desk top chat.

                  I will use Opera for video streaming only.
                  Miren for music streaming,
                  and MAXTHON for Facebook.

I will use Miren for music streaming and M... moreI have now been testing Maxthon again and it is actually "better" than Miren at multitasking music and video, it can handle streaming music and video in background window within Maxthon, but Maxthon is actually too good at multitasking because i can actually listen to pop-radio from Grooveshark at the same time as I watch a streaming flash movie from justin.tv in another window within the same Maxthon-browser making the sounds from the pop-radio mix together with the sounds from the movie, and I think this "problem" is the reason why the devlopers of Miren made it not possible to stream music or video in a background window within Miren itself! :)
                        But I think webpages look a lot better in Miren, and I like that Miren is able to import bookmarks from a html-file because I can copy all my many bookmarks, organized in many folders, from my Laptop-computer Firefox browser.
                        Maxthon is good but I will probably use Miren and Opera, and Opera is actually better at showing the webpages correctly and if I do not want to multitask at the same time as I watch a streaming flash movie then Opera is actually the best choice for flash movies.

                          Can someone please tell me if there is a way to uninsall a app called LAYER from my phone? It doesn't want to uninstal!!
                          has anyone actually used this app?
                          I am totally puzzeled by this app, and the point of it on your phone!!
                          please make sure you don't instal it because you stock with it forever like I have!!

                            I will use Miren for music streaming and MAXTHON for Facebook.

                            I will set aside Dolphin and Opera for the meantime.
                            I also have Boat browser, it has a little similarity with the iPhone Safari browser. Like Dolphin, also it does not play music streaming in the background.

Grooveshark website music pla... moreMiren can not stream audio or video if I open a second window in Miren, it can only stream in the foreground window while it pause the backgrund windows within Miren itself, but when I want to multitask, listen to music or watch a flash-movie at the same time as I browse the web doing something else, then I use Miren for streaming the music or video and another browser for browsing another webpage while Miren continue streaming in the background. I think it is actaully better to use more than just one browser at the same time so I do not accidentally turn of or close the background-streaming music or video when I am at the same time is doing something else on the web.

                                  Grooveshark website music play list streaming continue playing in the background and facebook chat pop up window appear like in desk top, both working fine now.
                                  And the sound is louder than MAXTHON!

                                  Thanks for the settings, but there is still one thing I can't find in the settings: while playing the Grooveshark music streaming and I open a new page the music pauses.

                                  In MAXTHON if you open another page the music streaming continues.

                                  Can you help me find that setting in Miren?
                                  If not I will just use Miren for Grooveshark and other browsers for other sites.

                                    then again different people have different need, I don't like the idea of talking to the phone, specially if it doesn't execute the command well, I am sure siri is better in that respect, but overall gs2 better than 4s.

                                    by the time GS3 comes 4s will be totally history!
                                    they spend 16 months and came up with something which is basically the same as i4!


                                    anyhow, thanks again , hope you also read my other posts to you!

                                    I will let you know once got the Opera mobile!!
                                    do you also think the battery consumption is better with Opera?

The free Market app "OpenOffice Document Reader" you can read, but not edit .odt-files and .ods-files.
