My Mistake, I found out that in order to activate the Continual Auto Focus you need to set the resolution to HD but under stadard 720*480 there is no auto focus.
So My fully Educated conclusion is that Samsung have really made a full proof device it is the BEST PHONE EVER.

I have just got my new "Samsung Galaxy S2 White" on thursday. ONE MAJOR FLAW (why smamsung why, almost perfect). There is No Continual Auto Focus in Video Mode.
I absolutely loved the device and was over the moon, and was taking it through rigorous test and it was beyond all expectations after having read many reviews and specification sheets. I was now quite content as two of my brothers already have the Original "Samsung Galaxy S2 Black" and I was satisfied with the black versions video but when I stepped into my garden to film my first HD 1080p video with my Galaxy S2 white version I was absolutely horrified to discover that this version does not have Continual Auto Focus in Video Mode. I got hold of my brothers SGS2 Black version to double check, I double, tripple checked soo many times because I could not believe it. The SGS2 Black version does support continual auto focus but my SGS2 White version does not, I am Soo disheartened by this now and am contemplating on weather to return it or not.
(what do I do, feed back welcome)
For once I actually thought samsung finally made a divice without common sense flaws, but as usually they missed out something so basic for a device of such capability.
Why samsung! WHY!

Can someone help mi.The accuweather widget doesnt update weather status.I have tried setting it to update at the lowest time available which is one hour but it wont.But as soon as u visit the accuweather website it update.I have tried lookiing for updates for the same widget but hasnt been successfull.please help

It has better pixel arrangement that Super AMOLED no matter the ppi count are in the iPhone 4 Retina Display. the widest viewing agle possible for any smartphone. It is thinner and lighter than any display.

just got my galaxy s 2, and using it is not that too complicated, as this is just a smaller but faster version of my galaxy tab p1000. i was able to sync my contacts there and configure it's internet settings....and i have to say goodbye to my samsung i8910 hd which is still good....

It has been observed that the unaided human eye can generally not differentiate detail beyond 300 PPI; however, this figure depends both on the distance between viewer and image, and the viewer’s visual acuity.

is the Super amoled plus display better than the iphone 4's display? Does anyone know how ppi works? (I've notice a higher ppi on the iphone 4 and SGS2 HD LTE than SGS2) so i'm wondering if the low ppi on the SGS2 affects the screen.

From Techradar about battrylife on S2:
"It's usually pretty easy to state battery life on a smartphone – 90% of them will last a day, perhaps a day and bit. Either way, it's a nightly charge if you don't want to end up with a dead device.
With the Galaxy S2, it's a little more difficult to state the battery life, as we were so busy playing with it all the time we never could get an accurate read out. However, we eventually stood firm in the face of temptation, and it's good (ish) news.
The not-so-good news is that if you're playing with the Samsung Galaxy S2 all the time as we were (and we mean listening to Spotify, browsing the web via 3G, watching videos frequently, whacking out some maps here and there with GPS, reading books, using Push email and playing games) then you'll be lucky to get 10 hours of battery out of it – and that's with the enhanced 1650mAh battery wedged on board.
Then again, the fact that using a device a lot makes the battery run down quickly shouldn't be a shock to any human being – it just seems that a lot of people expect a phone to be able to do it all and then fight a Duracell bunny at midnight too.
In real terms (ie four months in when you're used to having all the functions and don't feel the need to play with the S2 every seven seconds) you'll be laughing, as we actually managed to eke out nearly two days' use, even with accounts syncing in the background.
Either it's the dual cores or Android 2.3.3 making things more efficient, but if you're away for the weekend and forget your charger, you can definitely use the Galaxy S2 as a calling and texting tool the entire time you're away without worry.
However, we'd estimate that you'll probably still be charging every day under normal conditions. We just had to say it – a review doesn't feel right without it. But at least the S2 won't run down in six hours regularly."
