been having this phone for 2 months + already. bought it when its newly released in my country and i had no regrets!!! ppl say its huge/bulky compared to iphone4 but ignored their comments. its awesome features way exceed the boring iphone4. and indeed,it did not disappoint me!! its super responsive. and when i use other smartphones,i became impatient as i am too used to the super fast SPEED that this phone offeres me. everything is fast and smooth. web browsing,running apps, etc. the 4G is the ultimate too. its almost as fast as wifi. was super impressed with it.8MP camera offers almost everything.Autofocus,macro,face&smile detection.video is the best i have seen. Music player is user friendly,organized and somewhat stylish i feel. and music quality is great. the phone interface is nice,and it is easy to use and organized. the huge screen is a beauty and yet it is so lightweight.can put it comfotably in mu pocket. rumour says samsung phone lags after awhile but i would disagree for this phone. it is still running smoothly and fast like it was just bought,even after i installed hundreds of apps and put in a thousand of songs. I totally adore this perfect smartphone of mine. made my life a whole lot easier!

anyone here experienced to purchase the phone online, if the item is defect, can i ask if you can replace it to any samsung store near you? what are the requirements they ask?

Great gadget from Samsung. Loved its super AMOLED plus display, 1.2 MHz dusl core processor, and TouchWIz 4 UI

SGS II is a very appreciated phone in Romania; 3 friends of mine out of 10 in a group has this handset and they are very enthusiastic about it!

Phone is very nice, but it has heating problem, and one more thing samsung service center is very bad. Nokia care gives best service than samsung service center

AnonD-22347, 16 Sep 2011By using 2000 mah battery you will definetly damage the IC ... moreI don't think so, because Samsung will not release any replacement parts for their units if it will damage the phone. Unless they want to ruin their company reputation.
Secondly, it will surely damage your phone if you will use a battery that is only an immitation, same as with other parts. As indicated in the precaution, use only original raplacement parts.

raj, 16 Sep 2011sir how will we download any movie or songs whatever we wan... moresir, try to download adownloader in the android market, it's a torrent downloader and you can choose the search engine source of it like isohunt.com, piratebay.com, etc... try also to visit movietogo.net and you can download the movies using the native internet explorer of android, just always choose the internet option when asked...
