are there issues with wi-fi reception on this device...???
at the same spot i hardly get wi-fi reception about 5%-10% signals where as my 3 yr old sony vaio gets 2-3 bars(around 60%-70%)and my other phones nokia n97 mini and nokia n8 also gets upto 35%-40% signals...how can i know abt wi-fi problem if there is any...and what can i do to overcome it...???

at lowest brightness i can see slight pinkish shade on white web pages or facebook page...and even on gray notification tray...this shade is covered on almost full screen except a very small part about 2 cm of area on right hand top side of screen can be seen white...and when brightness is increased even a bit there are no issues...is this thing normal...or will it get normal with use...???
i dont hav any problems with it...but still it bugs somewhere back of d mind...
i hope this is not a display problem...and it will get normal with use...can anyone help on this plz...???

Just to share.... i have a recent problem with the wifi connection when I went back to my hometown..it connected with wifi router perfectly with full bar but cannot get thru the network.. then I went to check the web for the same problem.. ....after reading a few comment the problem could be due to router... i restart the wifi router...it SOLVE MY PROBLEM....i was quite worried there was a bug in the sgs2..becouse previously my sgs2 connenction was working superbly..i was able to browse (no lag) using my office neighbour wifi with only 1 bar..it and now brose effortlessly my using 3g connection...where my earlier nokia n97 will already stop browsing/super slow..

I got my SGS2 on 04/08/2011 from Jarir Book Store... more1) Battery life is that much only, You cant expect it to give more than that. Its like a mini laptop with lots of apps running and syncing behind. you have live wall papers and then you are connected to WIFI. Its almost the same with all the smart phones.
2)Over heating is obvious because of the thin plastic they have used. But there is no reason to worry. Its with everyone. Got to know that samsung have solved both the battery problem and the over heating with their next android update. So just wait and till then enjoy the phone man.

the overheating issue is serious,after playing 5 minutes of hd games (such as pes 2011) it gets realy hot arand the camera in both sides,so i cant hold the phone,does anyone hava the same problem?any help?

can anyone tell me what is the normal battery voltage of this super awesome gadget...???
mine shows 3751 mV most of the time when in idle state or under very normal use...just want to know if this is fine or i have a faulty battery...it drains quickly too...even when in idle state... :(
except for this...this amazing blazing piece is heavenly... :)

For me it was the damn Latitude stuff which was on and kept running.
