I have the sg2for almost t days now, I have been to the reseller 3 times regarding the echo noise when somebody calls me. However nothing is done and they keep telling we upgraded the firmware but same peoblem, further i keep wondering how to keep this mobile from not breaking. I have a freind ownes a sg2 for the 7th day and screen just broke by itself

Hey guys i have sgs 2 and it is good for me. i can do all wat i want by it. but i think this device need care as it is not hard worker, so you have to take care and also samsung service is not so good but enjoy

E75 has way better battery life as a new phone, I guess we will see how the SGS II battery will work in a year or two.

there is a gap between the LCD glass and the frame.. quite noticeable and dust accumulating ..

v, 22 Jul 2011hardly 8 hours..... :(I sometimes use E75 when its gym day and no way can i do with Nokia E75 what i can with sgs 2 in respect to battery life..I would need to charge E75 at least twice to compete with sgs 2 thats why i say its quite good battery for what sgs 2 is..
I dont believe in carrying chargers or 2 batterys but in the past many ,many times i have got an extended battery with cover..Thing is its about 70 UK pounds for the Mugen extended battery for sgs 2 which is too expensive i think..BUT its the only third party battery firm i trust..I have had some really crap third party batterys with 2200mA and 3200 mA for my Nokia n95 and they were worse than Nokias own 950mA battery..

v, 22 Jul 2011hardly 8 hours..... :(The only thing left is to slightly decrease screen britenes,use static wallpaper, and use 2g..I have 70% briteness and screen time out 30 seconds,static black wallpaper for ease of use when outside..I think it has quite a strong battery for that HUGE screen and power..but as always the big battery killers are 3g/HSDPA and the screen briteness..

1 of d best phone.. no problem with battery! battery life is more around 28hrs unpluged with 2 hrs of movie, 15mins of gaming, 2 hrs of 2g calls.

Hi all, how do I update this to 2.3.4 in a quick simple way? Can I do it over the air via WIFI? I don't to download KIES and other such files to do it. With my iphone 4, I just plugged it to my PC and the update happened. I had my iphone4 for 6 months and couldn't wait to get rid of it. Iphones are jusst overated and over marketed. They don't even have bluetooth and IOS has too many restrictions. SG2 is the best phone in the market. It gets a little warm during some games, long phone calls, youtube videos but all phones do. We notice it more with the SG2 as its so thin. Other phones (i.e Iphone4) are thicker so we dont notice it.

Big size. I love the size of Samsung Galaxy ACE 3.5" Display size. I hope Samsung I9100 S II mini soon come for people like us..
