MY GOD! This phone is amazing.am an android fan and compairing it to my previous phone galaxy s,this phone is wayyy better.It has everything.Top phone i had so far..AM IN LOVE

Absolutely best phone till date!!! Only thing that bothers me is: they said it is RAM 1.2ghz, but when I check it - it said: using 575 of 837MB RAM...Is there any explanation???

Anyone has the same problem where the sms turns into an mms after 3 pages.. its so annoying..

It is simply THE phone of the year. well done to the rest of the competitors..second place isn't as bad as it sounds. lol.

Most negative comments are written by Nokia-fanboys,... moreBought a Samsung Galaxy SII on 8th June 2011.
It is having problems:
1) Heating problem on the main camera
2) Hanging Problem (Even while I was exploring phone's inbuilt gallery)
3) Battery Backup is very low (4-5 hours)
4) Voice clearty problem while calling
5) Screen has Greenish tint
I visited their Service Center (within one week), they said that company has not given trainning to their engineers for the phone.
Then I visited their head office they said, the problem is in the motherboard.
I asked them to give me a new phone. Why will I take a repaired phone if I have paid Rs. 30,500 for a new phone.
They said on last saturday, they will refund amount on 22 July. But today when I talked to their customer care guy, he said that show us some proof that we have said this.
How can I show the proof, I have not recorded the phone call as I was not aware that they are gng to cheat me like this.
The worst phone and the services I have ever experienced.

S2 does not heat up more than any other phone after the update to 2.3.4, and the batterylife is very good but Android and S2 is so fun to use for surfing the web and playing games and watching movies, even streamed full-length movies using Adobe Flash 10.3, and not even most laptops can be used longer than S2 when doing all these heavy batteryconsuming fun. If you use S2 only as little as you would use your boring laggy Symbian Nokia N8 then you will get even longer batterylife than N8 have!

Is there any one using 3500mAh battery for this phone..
How is the usage.. does it last longer then the normal battery.?
Those who dont have this phone or plan to buy a different phone.. dont regret later.. i will 200% recommend to buy galaxy S2. it will change your life..

Do not vast money on this phone until Samsung has lifted the Globe Telecom monopoly.
If one goes abroad for instance, one is forced to use Globe's sky high roaming charges. The phone is SIM-locked to Globe.
I call this corruption.

Since I had my gs2 I have no need for my dual core laptop since this can do almost everything a laptop can even downloading torrents with a app called ttorrent makes this phone the ultimate mobile powerhouse
