this thing is the best phone I've ever had! really it's fast, it's sexy and slim!!! the camera is good(better than the htc desire hd's one) and the screen...oh my God!!! the screen is superb!!! if you want the best phone out there...this one's the best! buy it!

Hi guyz..
I hav bought my s2 3 days back n its wonderful,but have a concern .my phone really gets heated up when kept on charging n especialy when i am talking on the phone simultaneously it heats up even more
So kindly let me knw if ul have faced the same problem as i can fix it with my dealer as soon as possble

does data sharing by using wifi direct requires both handsets to have wifi direct functionality
or it works with one wifi direct enabled handset and other one normal..???

there is an app. called Titanuim backup at the market ... but i dont recommend it ..
Just enter the recovery mode and wipe cashe then wipe cashe/data then factory reset..
after that enter the download mode .., close Kies (important) then open Odin tick the re-partiotion box and the Auto-reboot and F.reset time boxes ... then put the rom file ( which ends with .tar) in the PDA field .. then click start ... it takes around 2 min. then u r done
a brand new Arabic Official out of the box Galaxy SII with all factory set features running ... Hope i've helped :))

I will trying doing so when I get home.
Which reminds me .. Is there any way to backup the whole phone? I can backup contacts and calendar with Google .. But I have to reinstall all apps, redo all settings and stuff like that..
Still worth it though :)

i've turned on the flight mode and it locks in about 2 min. no 3g no wi-fi nothing just pure GPS

i guess this problem is due to incompatible radio and phone files during flashing your new rom
i suggest u do wipe cashe wipe partitions reset to factory mode ... all this from the recovery option
then re-flash the rom i posted and tick the re-partiotion box in the odin ... and then ur done .. dont worry it takes 3 min. to get all this done
another thing am using the google maps version 5.7
....
