Man this is fantastic phone.,i ever had. .with super fine display and mega fast processor. .having super HD camera quality. .it's amazing yaaar. . .

If you want to increase your battery life, turn off auto sync, background data, etc. It keeps sending data to your carrier; therefore, using a lot of battery. Doing this doesn't mean you can't use Twitter, Facebook, etc because whenever you USE the app it'll send information to your carrier. So you can still use whatever you like, but only when you actually USE the apps.
Turn these settings off and you should save another 3-4 hours a day along with automatic brightness.

The best will be for you to See the two phones in real life and i bet you will never buy LG optimus 2x (the phone restarts, lags i mean so so too much)

[deleted post]The processor is overclocked to 1.2GHz and I think that is the reason for some of the batterydrain and a reason why it get so hot, does anyone know how to slow down the processor to 1 GHz because I think S2 then still will be more than fast enough?

Desire Z take perfect pictures even if the distance to the objekt/document is less than 10 centimeters, my S2 can not!
S2 is fast for webbrowsing and when playing with the user-interface, but it also get very warm/hot.
I think Galaxy S still is a much better buy than S2, but that will hopefully soon change.

Hey... I have this mobile but facing few problems....1.Battery is BAD.... 2. Phone tends to get heated up....
