Letsbuy according to a agent I spoke to apparently had got only 300 phones to ship out and they have a backlog of 4000+ phones.
Either they have managed the preorder process really badly (including underestemation of demand as also not capping bookings off when demand grew more than they can deliver)
Or it could be plain opportunisin which will be bad for them as their brand image has really suffered in my opinion.

awesome phone !!! plays my 1080p trailers and 720p mkv files (4.37gb) without a glitch !!! and with android, this phone is really a monster !!

I am not one of the people who believe that Nokia is dead....it's just profoundlly asleep since the N96,N97 period......gone are the glory days of N73 and N95! It will be a while before Nokia will create a phone to directly compete with a phone like Galaxy2!!!
The world now belongs to Android....and by extension Samsung!

Hi Finally got my Samsung Galaxy S2 I9100 for 29K in Ameerpet Hyd. After 24hrs here are my observations.
1. As mentioned in gsmarena, i didnot get 8GB memory card in the sealed box.
2. RAM seems to be 833 MB not 1GB as mentioned on the BOX. [I observed from the task manager >> RAM]
3. On BOX it says 16GB inbuilt phone storage, but I see USB storage = 11.50GB and Device Memory = 1.80GB
Combined together also i am not getting 16GB !!!
4. Phone OS, look and feel, Screen quality etc awesome. No phone can beat it.
5. After fully charging, I could use 6hrs of gaming, browsing, GPS, movie watching etc. its a heavy usage u can say and i am left with 30% battery.

Like a question an answer can stand alone, but you should at least have an idea of the question. Every post of his reveals no SPECIFIC talent. How is it that I answer a question then accused of working for that company? They must have T&C, and if they breach VISA/MASTECARD/MAESTRO they can have the facility removed, ie cash or cheque only. When you make a pre-order, it is not so that you can receive the goods early. Some companies will allow you to have the goods early but all a pre-order means is that the phone will be allocated to you apon release, so you shouldn't have any worries of it selling out on day 1 before you get hold of one.
Therefore they have still treated you badly because through pre-ordering a phone from the first batch should be yours. Perhaps they havnt had any in stock yet at all? In which case, its mis-leading and you should probably cancel your order.

KE1 is outdated and some of SGSII devices on KE1 had one or two software problem.
PLEASE update now to KE7 you will surely notice a great difference and even much better battery life.
