it does not support marath/hindi language.....any body have some idea about software...i cant able to view any mails containing marathi/hindi data.....help

I bought the phone just 5 days back and i can tell you there is no issue at all, i just love the way the phone is it is superb model and thanks to Samsung for coming out with such a phone.

Got my SG2 last weekend in Chennai for INR 31K + accessories - Mofit use case, BT, scratch guard & Reliance data card. It's an awesome phone. Display is very good, phone is pretty fast. Battery is OK - with normal usage of calls, data and Bluetooth, my battery come for about 1.5 days which I think is pretty normal for a smartphone. Pretty happy with the performance so far.

A nice phone that i would like to get. Best if Samsung implement it with a DUAL SIM 2.5G + 3.5G or Dual 3.5G which works like they has it on B7722.

Some user asked that it will be outdated after 6 ... morefyi much has been put in2 rnd of quadcore phones but u wnt see em anytime soon because.
1 the amt of power it requires will drain the btry quick.
2 quadcores are expensive.
3 they will heat up the phn real quick so u have to put a fan in the phn n that will make it bulky.

Ok I will explain the reasons I am no longer putting up with the Galaxy S2.
Here are my likes 1st of all.
Screen is nice.
Very fast web browsing.
Here are my DISLIKES
Camera/video are complete joke-VERY VERY POOR quality from the so called 8MP camera, funny how on every single shot I compare to my original Galaxy S that the S2 produce much worse pictures- Also must add its not that my S2 is faulty as my girlfriend also has S2 with very same results.
GPS= NO CHANCE- Constantly searching for signal and volume is impossible to hear.
OVEN GLOVES are required after 5 minutes holding this phone if your browning the web or doing anything that remotely uses power of battery- Its actually scary how HOT this phone becomes.
Phone automatically dims to half brightness when using the phone for 5 minutes with a message appearing saying- reduced power to save overheating.( maybe this will be fixed with firmware upgrade in future but my phone is Vodafone branded so this could be a long wait.
Battery life very poor compared to my original Galaxy S
The biggest fault I have with this phone is how poor the video recording actually is.
Auto focos is a complete failure, constantly in and out of focus and takes about 5 seconds everytime to focus.
EXPOSURE when recording video takes roughly 10 seconds to correct itself, what I mean by this is if you take a video and recording out a window for instance into daylight then continue to video indoor in lower lighting conditions the exposure is complete joke.
I just cant understand why my Galaxy S records video so much better and takes much better photos.
Why also when recording video I am unable to press power button to lock screen to save accidently zooming like I could on Galaxy S
I knew this phone was too good to be true.

LMAO ive been sat here for 20mins trying to find this dam yellow spot & its just not there, brightness is all the way down & i even turned the lighting down in the room & still no yellow spots at all. Must have just been a bad batch that went out which sometimes happens, but obviously its not a problem on every handset otherwise i'd be taking back & swapping it for another, no not for a htc sensation or any other handset, another sgs2, for a mobile phone this thing is a beast & at only 8.49mm thin...its just the business.

The phone is awesome.. the battery is poor.
charged full, removed from charger at 100 % .
at 4 % after 17 hours.(100-4 = 966% battery used)
2 hrs calling (36 % of 96% = 35 % actual usage)
10 mins angry birds
10 mins imdb app
clicked 4 photos
1.5 hrs of general fiddling with the phone (Display usage: 30 % of 96 % = 32% actual usage)
push email sync always on, received only 3 emails
gtalk logged in
expected it to do better

Guyz m confused btwn lg optimus 2x n samsung galaxy s2..... After going through their features in gsmarena i came to the point to go for sgs2 but in comment section i saw many customers complaining for appearance of yellow spot in their screen..... Just tell me is it worth buying or i shud go for optimus 2x.....
