The option provides only in symbian any way if u want then u search in android market definitely find out the application

I have been using samsung i9100g Since 2 mont... moreWell Som, there is definitely a way to save your apps and games on Galaxy s2.
What u can do is u can download an application called super backup from Android market. Its a freeware so no need to worry.
This application prepares a backup file of all of your installed apps and games and prepares .apk file which can be stored on internal sd memory or can be backed up on computer.
Once u upgrade your phone (gingerbread 3.6 is available btw), you can restore the apps back to your phone.
Works absolutely smooth.
I have been using it since last couple of months and have upgraded my phone twice in the meanwhile.
The apps and games are perfectly backedup n restored.

I have hands on experience for Samsung Galaxy S2. There are some Basic flaws which shouldn;t be there i.e
1.No Display/Indication Shown When We connect with Charger
2.No Display/ indication missing Unread Text or Message
3.Pop3 Mails are not able to Auto Snyc.
(That was Pathetic)
4.No Display / Indication Shown When we connect with other devices. like Bluetooth.
5. Finally they launched Kies for Connectivity with PC that was not available in Box. You have to search for Samsung website and Download for 90MB then you findout. After that god knows you will be Connect with Kies or not..... Because i didn't after getting help from Customer Care.
I Found this phone as good as Normal Andriod Phones.Only Dual Core 1.2GHZ processor is not everything.. Need to buy good phone who fullfil your desires.

Hello all,
I have been using samsung i9100g Since 2 months on android version 2.3.4, is there any upgraded version available in India? if so how do i do it and after upgrading will i loose the current downloaded stuff(games,apps etc) or is there any option for saving them. And also i appreciate if some one can tell the pros n cons.

can u test something on your mobile phone and ... morethe camera problem was fixed already with latest update,mine using KL3. though the music player bug is still there.
and also, this phone does not hang a lot esp when using latest firmware version.
one of reason it is called a smartphone is because it can be updated. so guys update your phone.

hey guys when samsung replace i9100g with i9100 will they give us new i9100 or refurbished ?i heard they will give refurbished phone only.. is it true?ppl who got replaced got it in new sealed box or only the handset ?and its more than 15 days ..they said they will call with in 10 days for replacement !!what should i do?? i mailed them again but no response :(

AnonD-34335, 31 Jan 2012Good to see people getting replacement...feeling soo happy ... morehey arpan tried till my last breath...i got the set doa (dead on arival) talked to Mobile store regional head and he tried to get me i9100 but unluckily it wasnt available at that time so i thought of keeping the set hearing sme positive cmnts..but as far the phone hangs like hell..music clutters ..camera failed errors ,game hanging.. :( wrote to samsung again and trey said to visit customer care..
Tried everythng ths phne dsnt cross a day without hanging...

please try playing music and open the camera and try capturing 10 pictures as quick as possible and tell me if your phone will freeze or not ??
also can you tell me how many days your battery phone takes to charge it again under a normal use?

I'm using i9100g from 2 months. I was also disappointed when i came to know that my S2 is actually a G version, but after continuous use i find it so cool. My friend has i9100 and we did not find much difference in performance. It play games like brothers in arms 2, dead space, spiderman, asphalt 6, RF 12, 9mm smoothly and without any lag. My i9100g does not lag in any app or game or in browser.
I'm happy with my SGS2.

Please do a factory reset.Your problem will be solved.Just do factory reset from Privacy option of Settings
