from last 2 weeks samsung has stopped selling galaxy r in india,as i asked their showroom guy he said it is "out of stock" while it's available with other local dealers,any idea?

Its a very good, stylish and class Mobile phone. No comparison in the market with these rates. Only one disadvantage is NO TV OUT or HDMI port. Other wise great performance best design. LG 2x is less with Modal design and brand standing nowhere in the market.Samsung is more powerful brand in the market now days. GOOD to have it.....

Samsung Glaxy R is best mobile, i bought 1 month ago, it works properly , i never face any problems at my mobile.To buy this mobile with 21k It is worth.All features are there whatever we have in notes and S2.I dont know why ppl dont prefer it.It is very cheap mobile wrt price.My Samsung R is rocking...

Hi i brought this phone one month back the problem is my phone is heating up while playing the game within 10 min and also after receiving the call the display is going blank to get the display back i need to connect the charger please any body tell me what is the problem

I brought this phone in last week... It was the last pic that i got.. Its really awesome interms of design and features.....Performance is average...but at the end its really worth for money..Its discontinued by samsung... :(

I had bought this phone 3 months back at sulekha.com for 19K. Till now i have not faced much issue with this phone except accelerometer which tends to behave improperly most of times. Performance is really good with 1 GB RAM and dual core 1 GHz processor. This phone is very similar to galaxy s2 but its just a downgraded version. This phone will also get ICS update next month (Mar-2012). Hence a very good buy i will say. But it seems that now the production of phone is stopped,but really don't know why. I think Samsung doesn't want the sale of Galaxy S2 to be declined and therefore may to stopping the galaxy R which has at-least 10K of price difference with S2.

I have this phone for about 3 months. Bought it in Poland. It's great, super. Design, hardware, software... everything works fine. I've downloaded recently about 120 apps & games, and it's not hanging. For that money, its worth buying it.
