I have used 2 phones. One with 4.1.2 and the other one is 4.2.2. I bought my second s2 plus 2 months ago and it came with 4.2.2 preinstalled. Though there are some updated features in it, it is so laggy. And even the UI is not that impressive as 4.1.2.

Very good affordable phone. Great value for money. Has support for Flash videos and every app has worked fine without any problem. It even has USB OTG support, so one can connect USB devices to it with a cheap USB OTG adapter cable. It's possible to use USB memory sticks, SD card reader, keyboard, mouse, game controller, 3G-dongle, USB hub etc. It even has NFC, so one can use easily programmable NFC tags to automate tasks with a single tap.

Mouse is shown on the mobile screen. with keyboard you can SMS etc. Right mouse button for back option. Left mouse button for forward.You can connect the otg pendrive directly to the mobile and copy files etc.
