Bought this last november and loving it.fast, 1080p resolution excellent camera and Light... now eversince I upgraded to 4.3 the batt keeps heating up...now my phone discharge 2x faster than usual. And the phone charged intermittently.i need to restart the phone so it can be charged... i dont know maybe its the charging port needs to be repaired... but im fedup of this phone now! Just because its not realiable

dont use duel sim,then it will give superb battery backup..

Knox is Samsung ' s securiy program. But there are opinions that knox has a vulnerability through which hijackers can attack.
Further the Ram and battery life have been REDUCED slightly. May be due to knox.
Decide yourself. You may skip this update and wait for 4.3 or 4.4. Download ONLY if you want to install. Once you download it, the notification will persist.

Update; it says
1,improved stability .
2,Compatability with Galaxy Gear.
Warning;you cannot download to the old software after this new upgrade due to security reasons.
Is it OK to install this update?

My screen starts shaking when I drag and point my finger stable on the screen.
Why does it happens?

Remember to charge whenever you find time.. that will help your mob to adapt the battery usage
