I got this one for 21K and can boastfully say this is the best Droid I have handled so far.

With absolutely zero lags. The overall experience was better than Xperia SP due to awesomely wide display viewing angles on the S4 mini.
This one is by far the best compact midranger out there in the market. Decent battey that has juice left even after a days usage, great screen and sound, and above all, this is the most ergonomic device to handle. feels really great in hand.

I will not rate this, but for me Touchwiz is the best UI. But recently , I've become a big fan of SmartLauncher (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.flowerpro)
I use it on top of touchwiz and trust me, its the best user experience .. A minimalistic SmartLauncher with highly functional Touchwiz underneath..

nassar, 10 Nov 2013does I9192 support 3G in both SIMS ?Both SIM Slots support 3G. However, Only one sim can be 3G at a time, but you can always set which one is 3G and which one is 2G from device settings.
Its NOT LIKE some of the the older devices in which only one sim slot could handle 3G.

m right now using xperia c which is dual sim but while calling from sim 2 I need to swich the sim first as preferred sim which think I dont like so plz anybody who is using this phone plz tell me in s4 mini we need to do the same or it is dual sand by... if it will be dual stand by then m going to but this one...

Gody, 10 Nov 2013no...don't buy this phone..lags a lot with small games like... moredid you play the games with power saving mode on?? if you turn power saving off you will see the lags will gone (i guess this heppening cuz power saving mode restricts cpu usage)

for those who comlaining about gaming lags,you need turn off power saving mode then you will see the lags will gone(im always getting lags durring playing dead trigger or other games but after turn it off the games didnt lags for long time) but i recommends everyone to turn on power saving mode during standby cuz you will see massive battery drain

I have been having issues with network(dual sim) and battery. Both got solved!
Thanks to Samsung for solving the network issue by sending the update.
And as for the battery. Initially i was getting very pathetic battery life. Even in standby mode the battery would drain like 20 % per hour. By early morning it would be around 10-15%.
To solve this i disabled most of Samsung's junk Apps that came with this phone. Thank God there was disable option. I dont even use Facebook's app as it keeps running in background even if you force close it(i use FB in browser). I disabled most of the gimmicky features which uses motion and gestures. And I use a simple task killer to kill the apps that i dont use peridically. Have set screen brightness to 30% most of the time.
And now i charge my mobile only once in 3 days !
The only issue i have is that my HDTV does not detect the phone through USB. It says USB device not supported. If this is also solved then this is my best mobile till now. I dont see myself changing my mobile atleast for the next 3 years (however number of core processors and ultra HD screens come out)

How to free the ram.. more than 1gb of ram is used even if I stop all the apps.. even clearing memory is not working.

In another trial, on a cloudy day, it took nearly 1 minute and 10 seconds to set location. Accuracy was 22 meters. With data on, accuracy raised to 6 meters.

expensive phone....but a very bad phone,,lags a lot in every function.u cant play a normal game easily.
