The second Sim slot was the worst irrespective of the operator. But after the update, network performance of the second Sim has been improved significantly.

Don't buy this, it's a strip down cheap model of the s4. Even the s3's specs is more powerful than it. IMO, either get the S3 or S4 but never get galaxy minis or Aces because those are cheap version of it as in they use cheap internal hardware.

Network problem is solved after Update,as far as me is concerned, but I am using only One Sim in the one slot of my Dual Sim Mini.
Anybody please using both sims in S4 Mini , please answer this.
