waziho, 14 Oct 2013Mother board is not the ans. company engineers are sleepin... moreSamsung CEO (telephonically)on the one hand, orally , admit that the Samsung is readying some Binary to tackle this Network problem but they are not coming up with time schedule by which they shall be providing this. Service center and Samsung Cafe (seller) people told me five days back that it will take three weeks but Samsung CEO is not giving any date.

I am using sim free second hand i9195 and have no problems at all..Its single sim so differences are obvious if folk are having dual sim models.It is one of the better smartphones ive used and deserves s4 mini moniker whereas s3 mini does not justify its price or moniker.
Battery/audio/cam are all really good and its faster at taking pic than my S4 which it more powerfull.I had so much trouble with S4 yet have none with S4 mini? Its al most as if S4 mini rectifys S4 problems like short battery long shot to shot times,long time to open up photo app then ages to capture photo.S4 heat was fairly bad afte 6 mins of video recording.
So my views after over a week with S4 mini are very favourable.It is expensive here in UK that's why I bought second hand,i usually do.

Im planning to buy samsung mini s4 duos. please advise if this phones is good for dual sim application. because some phones with dual sim has not good, it cause very low in opening some applications

Mario, 14 Oct 2013I could not find s4 mini on samsung stores here in the Phil... moreOn my experience, an unannounced model will not be officially supported. And btw, kimstore offers service warranty only, not official warranty, meaning they will only cover the service charges and you will pay for the replacement parts.

I have read your complaint and I am also using s4 mini.
I have got this same problem of network drop or loss and it is repaired only after flight mode entry and exit.
I have written to company but they are insisting to change the mother board.
They shld realise that it is a phone related problem.

Dear all,
i have been to samsung service centre at ghatkopar. for network drop problem for s4 mini. surprisingly the service centre are claiming that you are not using good quality sims need to buy new sims , we had an arguments for , i have already bought neww micro sims from company gallerys which are not fake.
also they were stating that this is the first complaint for s4 mini network issues. these people know what the problem is but they are pretending that it is our fault. if samsung officials are going through their market research reviews pls get some immediate solutions for the network dropping problem for s4 mini. i have been using same network service provider prior to s4 mini in galaxy note 1. but never ever such problem had occured . it is definitly the device hardware issue of s4 mini. Samsung pls do something

Not a good phone always loosing the network I dont zknow wether samsung people are awake and wld work on the issue of network problem and save there dignity otherwise I will suggest never buy samsung its waste of ur hard earned money

Crunchy, 14 Oct 2013I am planning to buy a phone but I'm confused what to choos... morehi, im using s4 mini LTE, if you love taking picture of yourself, s4 mini is for you, it has a great front cam. s4 mini also had a good vibrant display unlike xperia. i am also xperia user specifically xperia V.
