Hi. I have mainly these queries based on which i could decide on buying this handset.
1. Does it have a notification light?
2. How much is the actual charging time for a full charge?
3. Does it support micro sim or normal sim?
4. Does it come in 8gb/16gb options or only 8gb?

S3 screen is smaller and has lower res.
S4 mini support up to 64 microsd. Double than s3 mini.
Also is 1.5 gb vs 1 gb of RAM.
S4 mini rear camera is 8 mp with 1080p recording, vs 5 mp with 720p recording. Front facing camera 1.9 mp on S4, vs vga on s3.
S4 has a dual core 1.7 GHz processor, vs dual core at 1 GHz on s3.
And last but not least newer OS.
It is a difference.
