Hi guys as everyone is seeming to find something to worry about I found mine:
Is there a 16GB variant of this smartphone and if there is,is it for only one of the smartphone's three connectivity variant ,if it is which one is it ((3G one sim, 3G dual sim or LTE)),and if there isn't how much of the 5GB of the available storeg is set to be the phone memory.
No matter what was the answer of my first question,can you put apps and games on the sd card.
And finally does anyone happen to have an at least anticipated time to when the s4 mini is going to get its price cut and for how much approximitly.

I bought one S4 mini GT-I9190 (one sim) in Ciudad del Este (Paraguay) and the HSPA+ is 21.1 and HSUPA is 5.76

The camera is very good, the OS is full of features, and it's over 20% cheaper than the One mini. It's a good phone in its price range.

Either way I can tell you the auido quality is pretty good, this sound adapt option works very good imo, and the overall auido output is good, but you'd better off with a nice set of headphones, which apllies to other devices aswell anyway.
Sorry I haven't tried the usb otg on the S3 nor the S4 mini, but it seems it is a no go with the mini.
Yeah I also forgot to mention the lack of an LED notification light indicator on the mini as opposed to the S3-S4, sucks, but hey, at the very least it has a vibration option whenever you pick up the phone to notify of a missed event.
If your not into big phones like me, the S4 mini rocks.

As u have used s3 would like to know how is the music quality when u hear songs when u compare with s3
And does this phone support USB otg option to connect pen drives like in s3 and note 2

Well, it's been a month of using this device now, so I'll give my impressions of it and some pros and cons if it helps anyone.
Pros:
Very handy and comfortable to use, nice screen, though not hd it's pretty good, I've owned sony xperia TX, T, and S3 among others (HD displays) and I don't see it as a big deal given the small screen.
The phone's overall very snappy, no hangs or any other funny things.
The performance is very good, multitasking is smooth, no complaints there.
A special mention deserves the camera which is super singly good, on par with S3, S2 (no shutter lag)
Video recording works good aswell. Decent to good low light performance with flash at close range or using night mode.
The battery endurance in my experience is great, you'll get about 2 days with moderate use and around 1 day off heavy use (working day for me)
The phone gets barely warm during moderate to heavy use, so no overheating issues whatsover.
Haven't tried many games, but GTA3 works well with some hiccups here and there, though perfectly playable.
May be a lack of optimization, compatibility, dunno really, didn't bought the phone for gaming honestly.
The duos version seems to be an active dual stand by phone (which I own)haven't tried it though.
As for the cons:
Well, to be honest, the biggest drawback on this phone is or was the lauching price (totally nuts imo)
No multiwindow option sadly, it's pretty much the only missing feature worth mentioning imo.
Smart this smart that and the other features from it's bigger brother (S4) looks more like something to show off rather than having a practical use in my opinion.
The smart stay feature is useful, but it seems like a hit or miss thing in my experience.
Well, I hope I shed some light on some things around here, and that it is of help to those wondering if it is worth it.
Yes it is, if you want a compact phone with good specs and good looks the S4 mini is a very valid choice.

You should check the 4g, Lte frequencies in your country though.

Torn between the s4 and the mini???!! I'm put off by the size of the s4 (cos i have such petit hands) is the size difference in the mini that different ?? Which would be better to go for mini or s4??!?!?! Please help
