this phone should be the best ever samsung's 'small phone' for some time, I will buy definitely. The S3 mini has very low ppi and looks plasticky. the only problem with the s4 mini is the ram, too low 1 gb. hope they increase it. But still will buy it, God first.

This is the phone that i will buy, not even the S3 mini or anything else, samsung should hurry up to release it. I already have had enough dilemmas with samsung´s poor-capable-mid-range smartphones, they are so limited that you cannot upgrade them or if so, experience problems there on, so buy a good phone like the S4 mini.(or the s3 mini if you need yo buy a phone right away) God bless you.

Let's hope that Samsung have kept their rSAP support! I'm also really hoping that they'll confirm a quad-core for the EU single-SIM model (as has been rumoured): the S3mini was a bit of a let-down; it was hardly a small form-factor S3.

LOL dimwit , 01 Apr 2013Dude, you do know that you can't fit the same things in a s... morenot asking for octocore marketing crap.....make it quad (a good one) with 2 gb ram and at least 720p.....sony does it on their 4,3 inchi phones for the last 2 years...this will be a low-mid range not a mid-high.....

I would buy this phone when it is released. better than the gs3 mini. it has faster exynos 5 quad (dual core a15 & low power dual core a7; big.little cpu)

You can't put an elephant in a small box when it barely fits in a bigger box. And also, even if they can do that, it might be even more expensive than the original phone. Premium software in a very small package is a hard feat.

they said that S2 is obsolete and then they came with this :)))) shame.
Make a S4 but mini as it is called, similar spec not...this is not even mid range
