Please help me to update kitkat OS for samsung S4 mini black(GT-i9192)india.baseband version-DDUBND4..on OTA always shows "THE LATEST UPDATES HAVE ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED"..but only i have jellybean4.2.2.,Also im try via kies,there is no update..plz anyone give the answer..
