Hi did you check these issues after update?
After upgrading Kitkat, this mobile really worst. 1) While using internet via SIM2, I am not receiving incoming calls through SIM1 (It is saying sim1 not reachable message). 2) If you Disable/Off sim1, after five minutes we cannot make calls through SIM1. All S4mini users please check above issues with your mobile. Samsung s4 mini kitkat os really worst. Without testing, simply released Kitkat

My phone gets restarted automatically. I contacted customer care, they connected to my phone n tried some troubleshooting which din't help. Have to escalate the issue now.

Only had mine few months, have always had samsung phones and been happy with them but s4 isso frustrating my battry life seems fine compared to other comments, but mine cuts people off mid call, puts them on hold, brings up all manor of apps and settings while on phone and I have to go through and shut down after each call, won't let me access internet, don't think I will get samsung again!
