Love my S4 mini. Haven't had and problems and the small size is great for putting in my pocket. Going to upgrade the RAM to 64GB MicroSD for my music. Just bought a brand new factory sealed second S4 mini on eBay just in case something happens to this one. If you can find a new one on eBay and are looking for a compact 4G phone then you can't go past this one at such a cheap price.

S4 mini is the best device ever, its like never die. My phone went in my swimming pool twice and fell so many times and still she is going strong. I will never find a better phone than this :-)

The best small phone done by Samsung.
I am working with It 4 years ,3 hours by day, I am happy today and works perfectly.

Had this phone since its original release...thinking of upgrading but will say this phone Is still working for me. It definitely does not compare to todays phones (the s7 and s8) when it comes to photo taking but its still not bad and not too slow.

Got the phone from my father, installed TWRP and Lineage OS 14.1 and it runs smooth. The screen is good and colorful. Overall a good quality phone for 2013.

Running 7.1.1 with LineageOS. It's very smooth, but it's just too old to recommend to anyone anymore. You're better off with a Moto G4.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 mini I9192 dual sim, Black edition, one of my best phones has gone blank during charging.
In fact since then,it has never come on. And it cannot be accessed with the laptop. After several trials from the repairer, it has been found that the mother board has crashed. Can't even retrieve any of my datas. Another one was tried on it and it came on with the owners users, but the cameras, all blank.
Please how can I retrieve my datas from the crashed mother board?
And can one get a new mother board?

So I cannot believe that the iPhone SE - a phone released 3 years after the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini - has a smaller screen than the S4 Mini! Oh my god!

I have s4 mini SGH-i257 from at&t. it's very good phone, i use it with only one hand.it have 16 GB internal Storage and supprort 4G/LTE.
i rooted my phone with king root apk and i did many thing for my phone
1-change at&t bootanimation and bootsound. i change them with original s4 mini.
2-I delete all system apps from at&t ,i did not need theme.
3-fix wifi hostpot "invalid sim error" with xposed framwork with model called "Moto Tether" now in can share connection and recive data with Shareit or ather apps.
4-I installed AudioFx from CM13 by using root Explorer to system without recovery mode, know i get amazing sound in google play music , i get amazing suround sound with basses.
.....know it's work great i like this phone

Emmy, try to turn WCDMA/GSM network mode on. I own this phone and I use UMTS/HSDPA high-speed internet. Also, if you own a dual-sim model, try to use SIM1 for 3G internet; SIM2 may have 2G only.

Through my experience with this model is very bad because Pick up the GSM network is very very weak and internal memory is not enough
