I have i9192 upgraded to Kitkat 4.4.2 last month. Today I received another update of size 70 MB. Anyone has any idea what this update does?

I have bought a s4 mini single sim from Italy..good phone but after kit-kat update worst battery back up...I am fed up tried all battery savers..even replaced with new original battery,but no use..someone please suggest remedy for better battery...?

I have been using GT-l9192 since last 3 months, it is one of the best phones right now in market.
It is
durable,
easy for single handed use,
light weight,
Call quality is Clear and excellent,
Apps run smoothly, thanks to the 1.7ghz clock speed
and 1.5GB_RAM.
**Excellent for people who need a smaller screen phone.
My opinion is guys, please dont update the OS to Kitkat ,etc, as the Stock OS that comes out of the Box is always the best.
The only things Absent are:
1)Front Notification light
2)No USB-OTG support.

Friends,
I bought GT-I9190 from south africa but when I tried to use that phone on my last trip to India, it did work at all.
I tried with samsung store also but they also didnt give me any solution.
Can anybody guide me on this!!!

I bought Samsung i19192 in January 2014. This phone was working well till Sept 4th and suddenly it is stopped working. I took it to Service Center and they checked phone and said the motherboard is shot. I had a call today and they said the part they got from company is faulty and takes another 2 days to get my phone back. Anybody have such experience with like this. Please reply and advise what to do with the phone. Is there any manufacturing problem ?

I Checked on the phone and checked Kies. Haven't received the update on the s4 mini yet ( september 2014). My phone is from Italy, does this has anything to do with the updates? I have 4.2.2 now and it says it's the last version.
