I have a gt-19192 Samsung galaxy s4 mini and during usage of my phone it freezes and cuts off. After which it continues to rebut but stalls at the samsung graphic and cuts off and rebuts until I take out the battry and put it back in. it does this over and over. Help please!

but when i activate mobile data it only shows H
but in previous version 4.2.2 it shows H+

I recommend you to install kitkat. The update is only available in russia at the momeny but you can update it via a program called Odin (check how to update on Youtube). My S4 is great now, better than before. Battery lasts longer, multitasking is faster.

Same like 1GB RAM will be around 900 MB , 1.5GB will be around 1.3GB , 2GB will be around 1.8GB.. All these devices are specified as the full memory space, not the available one.. Its simple, nothing to worry..
