If you wanna xfer files from a computer the best thing you can do is get an SD card and sfer it thru your computer's slot.

I have samsung s4 mini , When I connect it to laptop via cable , nothing happenns except charging . It does not detect the phone. I am not able to connect to Kies also . I have Windows 8.1 operating system .
Kindly let me know the solution .

Incoming Kitkat 4.4.2
Kitkat upgraded started in Russia got GT-i9192 as of today. Its OTA only, so its not in Kies or any samsung update portals..
So i think i will reach India in a month..
Also Grand 2 is getting Kitkat in India at this moment..

Also call Samsung, remove your battery, and have them reset your SIM card. I'm going to do that because my battery suddenly has a short life.
