When someone texts me when I write them back my message always appears above theirs and it says my message was sent a min before they wrote me but they text me first. So annoying. Anyone know how to fix that?

Another basic thing to check is the timing and dates of mobile phones used for sms,this timings and dates have to be sync to get sms in proper order.

better buy s4 mini with 4G options (model I9195 or I9197)
