Wonderful device. But two months with it, my volume down on the volume rocker/switch suddenly stopped functioning. Volume up is OK, volume can be changed up or down via the on-screen slider. I think this might be a hardware problem as I tried to boot in Safe Mode (pressing the down key right?) and I can't go into Safe Mode. Tried all programs that interacts with the volume rocker switch and the volume down does not respond. Anybody experienced this problem? Any quick fix / solution to this before I bring it to the repair center?

Abhi, 18 Feb 2014This phone becomes very HOT (Very very very HOT) - when cha... moredont judge the phone just because you got the faulty/defective ones. Not all S4 Active are like that its just your phone only. Mine is working fine and alive.

This phone becomes very HOT (Very very very HOT) - when charging or on regular usage too...Could not touch the screen on the ear/cheek. I returned the phone within one hour and got the cash back immediately ... NOT worth the buy!!!

Having to swap the side of your finger for print screen is so not responsive. Having so much difficulties with print screen.

I like hardware buttons. if system crashes, those are the only ones that will work. only main menu button works on my SGS2 if system crasher otherwise.

Hardware keys are not cool. You need to use force to press, witch is not comfortable after SGS S3 or other touch key phone. That is my only disadvantage about this phone so far.
