Hi fellas. I am from Malaysia and have been using SG4 active for 2 years. I need some help on how to upgrade this smartphone into Lollipop ver 5.0. When I updated the firmware for the last one week, I only managed to upgraded it into Android 4.4.2 instead of Lollipop 5.0. Appreciate it for your idea. Thanks.

AnonD-411329, 29 Jun 2015i haven't received any update yet, still on jelly beanConnect ur device to a wifi hotspot bcoz ghe update requires a wifi connection rather than using mobile data to download the update. Wyl connected to a wifi, try going to settings> more> about device> software updates> update. It will search for any updates available for the phone.

AnonD-325133, 03 Jun 2015Mine is from globe too, How did you update your S4 Active? ... moreOTA. Just upgraded to lollipop 5.0.1 wyl using Sun Cellular sim. Some features are lost after the update like air jump, widget lock screen and other features with the lock screen.

Hey my samsung galaxy s4 active wont update from 4.2.2 (jellybean) to v5.0.1 (lollipop) it keeps saying either update interupted or no update available. I used to have this phone on a plan but got an updgrade and now use it as a go phone if that matters. Can anyone help me please?

Even the water... morefor water resistance, not really resist as they claim, and for phone drop... as far as i remembered. my phone drop more than 100 times already. the phone seems to be working great.. and i not regret buying this phone at first place. only the water resistance is a little bit disappointed.
