I have downloaded Italy's firmware lollipop 5.0.1 and it's great .
don't wait just download odin.
it have many features but there are some things missing,it's not like nexus or s6 or s6 but it's good better than kitkat and jellybean

Been 1 year now its good. Its OS update is quite late, later than the base S4, then I don't mind. Absolutely water resistant, got it submerged in sea water and works. The hitch was the phone detects earphones connection if there salt water in the 3.5 audio jack, just dry it off then all good. 11 GB of internal is not enough. Gaming on the 1.9 GHz CPU is great[Real Racing 3, Asphalt 8, Dead Trigger 2, Modern Combat 5]. Just make a habit of making sure the charging cover is closed properly.

After the lolipop update, the battery draw in standby has improved, phones performance is lagging at times but it's nothing what a factory reset couldn't fix. The battery draw in use is somewhat disappointing. Lock screen widgets, one of my favorite KitKat feature are missing. The UI is pretty much similar to what we saw in Samsung's recent smartphones. I would rather stay with KitKat if I had a second choice.
